As of May 14th 2013 Lake County inventory of residential homes available for sale is at 2,145 homes. In looking at the number of homes schedule to sell soon, there are 1,553 pending a closing. Year-to-date, 1,979 homes have sold, approximately 34% of those homes were considered to be under distress – either a short sale or bank owned home. The average selling price of all the homes sold in Lake County is $140,664. Year-to-date, the average price of the distressed sales in Lake County is $118.670. Those homes selling without distress have shown an average selling price of
$152,052.
